Smart cities - Shaping cities based on Living Labs
Professionals from several countries and cities meet up in the Brainport region of Eindhoven to experience how Brainport partners collaborate to achieve their ambitious goals.
During this day and a half, there will be a number of keynote speakers, interactive workshops, field trips and time for networking.

12 P.M.: REGISTRATION AND LUNCH
We welcome you to TU/e (University of Technology Eindhoven), within walking distance from Eindhoven train station.
1-3.45 P.M.: Lectures and interactive sessions
Chairman of the day Barbara van der Ploeg welcomes you to a varied programme of lectures and workshops.

4.15 P.M.: Visit to Strijp-S
5.45 P.M.: Visit to night of the nerds, dutch technology week
7-10 P.M.: Dinner
WEDNESDAY 22 MAY
9.30 A.M.: departure from TU/E for a visit to Helmond Automotive campus (HAC)
Helmond Automotive campus is the national and international hotspot, meeting place and business location for the automotive business.
10.30 A.M.: Lecture and discussion on capuses
11.30 A.M.: Visit to companies at HAC
Two innovative companies at the Campus will be visited. Think for example about management tools to develop smart mobility solutions. Also start-ups and scale-ups are housed at the Campus.
1-2 P.M.: LUNCH
2-3 P.M.: Lecture on BSD
3-4 P.M. Visit Brandevoort I
Visit to the future location of Brainport Smart District and its predecessor Brandevoort I in Helmond
4-5 P.M.: Concluding network event
Travel back to Eindhoven.
